Score arrived in 1988 as the fourth major baseball licensee alongside Topps, Fleer, and Donruss, distinguished by full-color photo backs, a huge design leap at the time. The 1989 Score Barry Sanders rookie is one of the era's iconic football cards, and Score Football's 1990 Bo Jackson 'Shoulder Pads' #697 is arguably the era's single most cinematic photograph.
